It’s hard to say goodbye to any of our studio families! We understand that life happens and sometimes a change is needed. Share a bit more so we can best assist you. We are happy to help answer any questions and provide options for a change in schedule/location or moving up to the next level in Kindermusik.

Requesting a Change in Enrollment:

Please complete the form below for any changes to your current enrollment.
Only changes in enrollment received by the 25th of the month can avoid a payment for the next month. Any change in enrollment sent on the 1st day of the month or after will still be charged for the current month and no refunds will be given.
We will only accept a change of enrollment using our online form. Look for an email confirmation from our office to confirm that your change in enrollment has been processed.

Acknowledgement of Withdrawal Policy

I understand that if I am changing my enrollment after the 1st of the month my payment has already run. My enrollment will run through the end of the current month. No refunds or credits will be given for unused or unattended classes.
