Studio Classes

Class Sizes
At Learn Sing & Grow, we cherish the connections that form in our community, which is why you’ve chosen to join us. Understanding that young children thrive on exploration and interaction, we maintain small class sizes to nurture these experiences. For Foundations- Level 2, we limit our classes to 10 children, and for Levels 3-5, we reduce this to 8. This ensures personalized attention and a supportive environment, fostering each child's development and enhancing their learning journey.

Class Minimums
A minimum number must be met in order for any class or playdate to occur. This minimum needs to be met 24 hours or earlier so we can determine if a particular date will hold.A minimum number must be met in order for any class or playdate to occur. This minimum needs to be met 24 hours or earlier so we can determine if a particular date will hold.

Due to rental fees, teacher fees and quality assurance, we reserve the right to cancel any classes that do not meet this requirement.

Teacher Requests
Learn Sing & Grow does not guarantee teacher requests. Teacher’s schedules are subject to change at any time.

Health & Safety Protocols
Our educators diligently sanitize every instrument after use to ensure safety. Additionally, all common surfaces are thoroughly cleaned according to our detailed sanitation schedules that are regularly reviewed and updated. Each classroom is equipped with a comprehensive sanitation station, which includes hand sanitizer, tissues, sanitary wipes, gloves, paper towels, and a bin for used instruments that may require cleaning during activities.

At this time masks are optional for adults and children. All educators are background checked and fully vaccinated.

Food Allergy Awareness
To ensure the safety of all our students, including those with food allergies, we kindly request that all snacks be consumed before entering the classroom. However, water, formula, and nursing are always permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

Registration:

We prioritize our continuing (in-studio) families by offering them the first opportunity to register for new sessions. Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and can be filled quickly due to limited sizes. Although online registration remains open, we recommend securing your spot early to ensure availability. Classes require a minimum of four students to proceed; if this number isn't met, we will do our best to accommodate your family in an alternative class time.

Billing and Payment Information:

Monthly Fees:
Your monthly fee encompasses both tuition and required digital materials from Kindermusik International. The total cost for the school year is evenly split into ten monthly payments, automatically charged on the 1st of each month. For the academic year, the final payment will be auto-charged on May 1st.

Payment Details:
Please note that the number of classes per month may vary; however, payments are consistent monthly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for your convenience.

Registration Fee:
A separate, non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot in the desired class.

Drop-In and Special Classes:
Registration and payment for drop-in classes or special events are handled through a one-time, per class fee, with no additional registration fee required.

Late Payments:
Payments not received by the 8th of the month will incur a late fee of $10. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. If automatic debit transactions are returned three (3) times, your automatic debit privileges will be canceled.

Sibling Discount Policy:

All enrolled siblings in our ongoing monthly classes qualify for a monthly discount. This discount, applied directly by our administrative team, is exclusive to Digital Home materials and does not cover physical materials for Musicians classes. Siblings are eligible for this discount whether or not they are enrolled in the same class.

Withdrawal Policy:

Your enrollment secures your spot in our classes. If you need to discontinue your enrollment for any reason, please notify us in writing or by submitting a Change in Enrollment form by the 25th of the month. This will prevent any charges from being incurred on the 1st of the following month. Should you choose to re-enroll later in the session, a $15 re-enrollment fee will be applied to your account.

If a child misses his/her Kindermusik class for three (3) consecutive weeks without verbal communication as to the reason for the absence, Learn Sing & Grow reserves the right to permanently cancel that child’s membership after the 3rd unexcused absence.

Absences & Make-up Classes:

To optimize the Kindermusik experience for all families, please notify us of any absences by logging into your iClassPro account and marking your child’s absence in advance. This helps us manage class sizes and allows other families to use their make-up tokens.

Make-Up Classes:

  • Make-ups are unlimited while you are enrolled.

  • You can schedule make-up classes up to two weeks in advance.

  • Make-up tokens are forfeited upon enrollment cancellation and cannot be used towards a different session or to extend enrollment. While we try to accommodate requests for specific teachers, we cannot guarantee their availability.

Note: Families enrolled for a single-day Playdate class do not qualify for make-up opportunities or refunds.

Health & Wellness Guidelines:

We prioritize the health of all our participants and staff members. Please apply hand sanitizer, available at our sanitation stations, before & after each class. If your child has experienced a fever, loose stools, or a contagious cough within the last 24 hours, or if their runny nose is not clear, we ask that you keep them home. This helps us maintain a healthy environment for everyone. Remember, teething can also cause runny noses, so use your best judgment.

Should you need to miss a class due to illness, you can take advantage of our unlimited makeup class policy by scheduling a make-up class through our online Parent Portal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in keeping our musical community healthy and happy!

Non-enrolled Sibling Policy:

In our Foundations, Level 1, and Level 2 classes, we focus on fostering one-on-one interactions between parent and child. To preserve this quality, we ask that siblings who are not enrolled make alternative arrangements during class times. Exceptions are granted for infants who can remain quietly in a carrier. On special occasions, like school holidays, older siblings may attend if they can actively participate or observe quietly from the back or waiting area. This helps ensure a distraction-free environment for everyone's enjoyment and learning.

Cell Phone Etiquette:

We kindly ask parents and caregivers to set their cell phones to vibrate or turn them off during class. If you must take an emergency call, please step outside the classroom to ensure our musical atmosphere remains undisturbed. Thank you for helping us maintain a serene learning space for our little musicians!

Inclement Weather Policy:

Learn Sing & Grow independently determines cancellations due to inclement weather. Announcements will be made on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, and affected families will be notified directly.

Kindermusik classes canceled due to weather will not be rescheduled; instead, families will receive a makeup token to use at a later date.

Please note: While morning classes may be canceled, this does not necessarily affect our evening classes.

What to Wear:

Please wear comfortable clothing for class (both child & parent!). Shoes are not to be worn in the studio, please bring a pair of socks if your feet get cold easily. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. PLEASE LEAVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.

Refund Policy:

Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs and materials needed for enrollment.

Tuition: Tuition payments are non-refundable except in the event that a class is discontinued at the discretion of the studio owner. We do not offer refunds for missed classes, and tuition for missed classes cannot be transferred to subsequent months or different programs. For example, tuition paid for March cannot be applied to summer camp sessions.

Due to operational costs, NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ISSUED.

At Learn Sing & Grow, we embrace diversity and are committed to fostering a welcoming environment for everyone. Our studio respects and values differences in race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, political views, abilities, nationality, and age. Join us in a safe and respectful space where every family can enjoy the benefits of music education.
